MISTA 2011: Registration

To register:

  1. Download and complete the registration form.
    Registration for the conference includes:
    • Attendance at all conference sessions
    • A copy of the proceedings (on CD)
    • Lunch each day
    • Conference breakfast each morning
    • Tea/coffee each day
    • Conference reception
    • Conference banquet
    The cost of the social day is an additional cost (see registration form).
    You can pay in either US Dollars (USD) or Sterling (GBP). The costs are the same (we used xe.com on 30th April 2011 to do the conversion).

  2. When deciding if you wish to attend the social day (on Friday 12th August), take a look at the social page.
  3. EMAIL the completed form to Debbie Pitchfork (dap@cs.nott.ac.uk).
  4. Arrange payment, using one of the options below (we must receive payment by 31st May 2011 to qualify for early registration.
  5. Please do not forget to book accommodation (see below).

MISTA 2011: Payment Options

There are various ways to pay. Our preferred method would be a cheque made out in Sterling (and this will also save you a transaction fee) but we understand that this is not practical for everybody. We must receive payment (not just the registration form) by the 31st May 2011 in order to qualify for the early registration fee.

Paypal

If you wish to pay by credit card, then we offer the option to pay by Paypal.

If you choose this payment option please ensure that you include something in the reference so that we can identify you. We would suggest the paper id and the corresponding author's family name.

Cheque

If you wish to pay by cheque, we can only accept cheques made out in sterling (GBP). Cheques made out in other currencies cannot be accepted and you might then be liable for late registration fees if you need to arrange another form of payment.

Accommodation

We have arranged special rates with the hotel. We have reserved 50 (after these are booked, normal rates will apply) rooms at a rate of $95 USD per night. There is also a hospitality fee ($10.95) and taxes ($16.18), which makes the actual cost per night $122.13. To book accommodation please use this link.
